Do you handle payroll?
Yes. We process your payroll and handle the tax responsibilities that are associated with your company's payroll, as part of complete remote bookkeeping and payroll services.

When is the best time to switch payroll providers?
You can switch at any time during the year, but the best times are at the end of a calendar quarter or ideally at the end of the year. If the change happens during the year, the new provider is typically responsible for the year end obligations, including issuing employee W-2 forms.

What will a new payroll provider need from me?
Usually your legal business name, EIN and type of business entity, plus employee information including W-4 and state withholding elections and deductions, and direct deposit authorizations from your employees.

Yes. Payroll is delivered remotely through QuickBooks Online, so it works the same way whether your business is in Newark, Granville, Mount Vernon or somewhere else.
